As many other people, I'm having the "Windows not Genuine" popup and I would like to get a bit of guidance on it on how to solve it. It appears that my updates have failed too for a long time but i guess these problems are related.

There appear to be A LOT of File Mismatches and Tampered Files and I really don't know what could have caused this.
I have ran a full CHKDSK and SFC scan as suggested in other threads. I added the compressed CBS.log file
Is this problem solvable or should I just completely reinstall windows, which I'm considering.
