Windows hang

Hi.

I bought a new hdd 2TB WD green. Partition into 2drives in similar sizes.

I installed windows in one of the drives. But boot wise is fine and fast. It's just that after awhile, it freezes. Even when i didn't open any programs and kept it idle after restarted.

When it freezes, there's no light on my casing, keyboard and even my optical mouse.

Sometimes, it restarted itself. Sometimes, can hear loud fan when windows is running after awhile, same when pc is starting.

What is the possibility the problem is?
