Hi,

my computer keeps on restarting itself ... I am also having problems with conneting to the internet!!
after each restart i get the "Windows has recovered from unexpected shutdown" ,, here's the details

Hi Fuse sry for the delay there's just a lot of these post and were doing the best we can. ;) Well looking at the last .dmp file it looks as though a hardware malfunction is happening. So start by checking the memory of your computer following this guide:

Then if you don't have any errors I want you to follow this guide for checking your cpu:

Then we need to update you to SP1 and get your drivers current..

Thank you for replying Seth ... I will try what you suggested above tomorrow, then i will let you know.
I took my laptop apart a couple of weeks ago to clean up the fan because it was way overheating (idle temp around 73) .. so maybe I put something back the wrong way!!!

I just got done running both the RAM and CPU tests .... no errors found in either tests!!
Im sorry, i took a long time to do the tests ...
my windows is version 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601

So whats the problem? and what should i do?

also, the internet speed slows down significantly for few minutes before the computer restart itself. So, sometimes I can tell that the computer will be crashing on me shortly!
