You would want them all set back to the default settings to see if we can get your OS to act like it should. If that fails, you might have to re-install the OS again.

I know, but the problem is the Windows Installer. But I'll re-install my OS in my different PC.

You know that there should not be a problem with the Windows Installer after a clean OS install. and you should be able to install the latest version of the Windows Installer on a fresh install.

It appears that something went wrong during the install or you manually broke something. There might be a 3rd option/reason for the problem that you are having, but I'm not seeing it. Maybe other forum members can see what I'm missing.

If the OS was working correctly, the Windows Installer would work.

The problem started when I'm finishing installing the Windows, and I went to install the Drivers with no app installed my Harddisk.

I understand that.

Either something went wrong during the install of the OS or one of the driver installations messed things up.

I do not see any forum members stopping by your thread to help you try and repair the OS and I cannot do that - so, your options are to wait for someone to help you or start over with a fresh install of the OS. I do not know what else to suggest.

Actually, about a few months later, I've install Windows 7 with Professionals edition, and the drivers are working and with no problem.

As long as you have a valid license for W7 pro... go for it.
