Windows Installer Problem

I just did a clean install of Se7en Home Premium and I'm getting this dialog trying to install UltraMon...

Windows Installer
(red circle with an X)
This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.

Never seen this before. Anyone know what's going on here?

HI Brillo2, Welcome to SF,

This problem may occur if the locally cached Windows Installer package (.msi) file is damaged or corrupted. Maybe you can try to re-download the software. Make sure it compatible with Windows 7 or else Install the application in Compatibility mode.
