Solved Windows Installer Uninstallation problem.

Hey yo.

I've got a problem here, I can't uninstall some programs in Windows 7. I try to uninstall SRS HD Audio Lab, Windows 7 upgrade advisor, and they can't be removed. this what happens if I uninstall:

The "capture3" picture happens if I press Ok:
And the "capture2" picture happens if I press Cancel:

what should I do? Help T_T

I found no support at the SRS web site.

So we can try normal removal techniques. First we need to find it.

First.
Open Control Panel then click Programs and Features. Find the SRS and delete.

If it is not in that list.
Click Start then All Programs. Find and click the SRS or HD Audio Lab if listed. Click and a drop menu may show and an uninstall option listed.

See if either option works.

I tried installing Revo Uninstaller, and it uninstalled it.
