Solved windows is genuine after explorer

Hello people.
Suddenly I'm getting a message that "Windows is not genuine", but if I'm opening explorer, going to system properties, just when is showing "windows is activated"
the first message is going away. Otherwise it stays.
Also (suddenly), I can open cbs.log straight on. (without I change owner or send it in a free area)
Hoping that you understand my english the questions are : -Do I've to worry about my security? Why the behavior of Windows suddenly changed?

Ignore errors produced when clicking on the Copy button - they simply mean that the tool could not create the backup files for some reason. The data is still copied to the clipboard for pasting to your response.

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

My system Dell XPS L702X
Before one year I did a "clean install" with the iso for W7sp1, from 'Digital river' .
Everything went well. I have also an image made with 'macrium'
I had activated Win. easily with ABRbeta. Now I don't have time but in true I'm not also very sure for to do your suggestion
because I'm in a safe situation. (I can even restore the whole image)
My question was to a "guru" if e.g you smell a virus or an attacker... or any explanation what can bring such a behavior.
Please don't take me wrong. Anyway tomorrow I'll have more time (now here is 10:40PM)

There are hundreds of possible reasons for a non--genuine notification such as you are getting.
The MGADiag tool gives us enough data to be able to solve most of them, or at least to begin to do so. Without that data we can only guess - and perhaps make the situation worse.

MS designed the tool specifically so that the output was safe to put into open forums - there is sufficient data for diagnosis, but not enough to endanger the security of your Product Key.

Your problem is demonstrated in this line.

Please open an Elevated (Administrator) Command Prompt window and use the following commands....

Also the tool is from Microsoft, so nobody else would be responsible ...
My last comment came because my knowledges are limited. Electronics are so complicate for me and there are people
who are really good (e.g from universities , hackers etc). So I'm never sure what is possible... or not. I'm not able to control anything 100%.

o.k man l see... so the "problem" comes because I'm so "mad" to keep my system
as much "simple" as I can . I mean, I disabled many services. Some automatic I changed to manual etc.
I don't use even antivirus (it's a secret, keep it between us..)
My win is that I have a super fast system! ... it's like electroshock quick...
and - but, some problems like this wrong notification about genuine...

This service has any other impact in my system out of the "correct notification after demand"?
(thats why when I open explorer it disappears... I suppose..)

That error will keep appearing until you have the service configured properly - and generating it will probably take up more processor time than the service does.
Generally, unless you KNOW something in Windows is nor required, it's best to leave it at default settings - the SPPSVC is required.

Another -little strange- is, in msconfig I don't have in services tab "software protection" at all. In services everything is right.
I don't believe that I've changed this service to manual. Is it possible that came from an attacker?

What I meant by that was that MS spent a lot of time optimising the service configuration so that it covers most potential situations. If you mess with the standard configuration, then it's very likely to give rise to obscure problems at some point.
You should also note that messing with the configuration of the SPPUI Notification service will give rise to a very similar error in WGA.

Depending on how you did your service mods - manually, or using a tweaking tool - it's quite possible that the service was disabled for you by a tool.
Such tools should be used with EXTREME caution - some are produced by people with more eye on the CPU time than on system security, and this can result is hugely lowered barriers to infection.
This particular isn't often seen as a result of malware - but it's certainly possible - it's more often seen as a result of attempts to bypass mandatory activation/validation requirements of Windows
