I am having some problems with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit that match exactly with this thread - http://www.sevenforums.com/windows-...-isnt-genuine-validation-code-0x8004fe21.html

As Golden says - we need the full report from MGADiag to be able to properly diagnose the problem.
There are literally thousands of reasons why your machine may be showing as non-genuine, and without the report, we have no idea where to start looking.
