My windows keep fading and i have to click on them again to scroll or type? Its like i click off the window and onto another one but the computer does it for me, every once in a while ill have to click back onto the page im on just so i can type of scroll up and down?

Does anybody know what this is? Or how i can stop it? Its really annoying (just did it then)

PS: This is really annoying whenever i go to write anything as i have to click back onto the page every so often.

Hello and welcome aboard :)

If there are multiple windows open, one is active and the others are inactive. Even if it is a single window opened, but desktop or taskbar is clicked, then desktop is the active window, and the other open window is inactive.

In order to access the inactive window, you must to make it active at first, and then only you can use that window. To activate it, you are to mouse click on it.

Inactive windows look a bit faded, in fact :)

But if the situation is ... an window is open, say for 5 minutes, the computer is untouched in that time, and the window got inactive automatically ; then it is an issue. is it your case, let us know.

The fact is the window is open for 5 minutes and the computer is untouched and the windows goes inactive...a real pain for me and when i took it in to my technician, they didn't fix it and i forgot to ask because i was just so excited to get my computer back :p

You do you use Internet Explorer with the ieSpell addon perchance? I clearly remember this being an exact problem I faced myself whilst using ieSpell in Internet Explorer...
