Can someone please tell me why, when i view my windows live calendar in 2009 version i get to see more detail of my appointments when in weekly view. Whereas when viewing the same week in the same calendar in windows live version 2011 i only get one line of text on my appointments?

I would have thought that by using the newer version, it would get better, ?

I have attached a jpeg to show what i mean

Thanks

maybe Micrososft wanted to make it more streamline, if you open the event you can see more of the info inside it if you put something in the body of that particular calender date

well i think its much easier to be able to see lots of content without having to open individual items, which is time consuming.
So why change it?

am i alone in prefering the 2009 edition?

Or, what i think would be good would be a standalone windows calendar {maybe paid for] that would be able to customise.
without all the mail options.
In fact i think it would be good if you could buy an outlook calendar without all the other mail stuff.

Do you think the next upgrade of windows mail, might have the option of the 2009 format?
