Windows Live error ID: 0x80004003

I can't send email from window live mail. It shows unknown err has occured.
Protocol SMTP
Port 587
Secure (SSL) :no

Sorry if there is more I need to give please let me know. I just can't figure this one out. I have already uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Turned my computer off a few times nothing is working.
Can anyone help??

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
Has this problem just occured? Were you able to send and receive emails before? If so can you remember what you did immediately before this happened like did you add another email account?
