The next thing would be for hotmail.com to be neutered. It is my main email portal for hundreds of people / organizations.
An option is to gradually move off MS mail - what a lot of work !!!!

But go daddy is pretty cheap to have your own domain and of course they provide an email service server to connect office outlook too,
I personally use host monster a bit more expensive but it's tough to beat phone support if issues do occur
