Solved Windows Live Mail, how to view message in plain text ?

Hello,
how can I view a email mesage in plain/text in Windows Live Mail ?

In Thunderbird, there is an option to switch between text/plain and text/html views if the message has both contents.

when viewing in plain text, I see a preview list of all images at the top of the email with a "view slide show" link. Can I hide this image preview bar ?
