I am having thermal problems when I watch TV in Windows Media Center. The core temps go up to between 56 to 59 degrees C. Normally before I bring up Media Center the temps are around 26 to 29 degrees C.
My HP PC has an AMD FX-6120 6 Core CPU with 10GB DDR3 RAM. The CPU usage is normally around 2 to 6 percent with 4 programs running on the taskbar. What is causing this sudden increase in core temps?
