Hi to the forum
I am having a curious occurrence at the moment while trying to compile a slideshow.I am using stills only (no videos).I have a lot of shots taken on different cameras including a Nikon.it is with the photos from the nikon that i am having the problems.I have them saved in my pictures folder like all the others and I can add them to the timeline no problem.it's after this i have the problems.when i save the project (save as) its fine.......until I open it again........white spaces with red X.I browse for files and restore but it happens all over again.curious thing is when i browse for a pic it appears if the curser moves over the blank space on the timeline which I am puzzled by.....normally I find the pic and "add to timeline".is it just me or is there a logical explaination for all this.your help in this matter would (as usual) be invaluable.looking forward to hearing from you.many thanks in advance.
