Whenever I use the windows open/save as dialog box, I'm unable to expand 'My Documents' folder under Documents. Yet, I'm able to expand 'My Documents' folder from windows explorer. Same is true for all the Libary folders under Documents, Music, Pictures, and Videos. I can only expand the first folder level.

Any ideas on how to resolve?

Sometimes it's easier to save to your desktop, then move whatever you saved to the directory you want it in :)

Thanks for the reply....that work-around doesn't help when trying to open a file. Plus, I would rather not use the desktop as a staging area for files. If I'm using Word or Excel, it would be convenient to open and/or save files that are under My Documents folder...not possible if the folders don't open. Kinda of a hassle.
