why i have minimaze and maximaze windows in slow motion.. how i can fix that...????

Here is a video of me watching your video and doing the same with my pc. As you can see we both have correct speed in the animations so what you are seeing must be do to your monitor perhaps is it only that being slow to your eyes? If you play your own screen capture video on your pc does it look slow in the video for you or is it fast? From what you uploaded it looks correct which means it's something to do with your screen having like a delay possibly.

Also you should be using this driver NVIDIA DRIVERS GeForce Game Ready Driver WHQL
