Windows randomly shutting down.

My Windows 7 Ultimate x64,always shuts down I scanned my computer using AVG TuneUp and AVG AntiVirus to check if there are any files that are messing with my computer but nothing was discovered.I didn't download anything , and it still crashes there are no blue screen left,that's why I didn't post this on the BSOD thread. Aid?

What I would do if it was my computer is remove AVG TuneUp program.
Windows 7 doesn't want or need a tuneup program.

Then I would try this tutorial by Brink.

If the problem was still there I would do a restore point before the problem happened.

Then I would verify that AVG TuneUp was still gone.

Well I think its my video card it keeps stopping its respondation,Im using a NVidia GTS 450 video card,
