hi all
i just quicly wnat to say that i have a pc with windows 7 ultimate 32 bit on it and it ran great but what microsoft services do you not need and can be disable on it ??

It's a bad idea to disable any services in Windows 7, you'll just cause yourself problems and won't gain anything worth the trouble.
