Windows Startup Repair does Not Launch

hi, my laptop cannot enter into windows 7, it always ends up in a black screen Launch Startup Repair (recommended) & Start Windows Normally.

Choosing Normally will go back to that black screen.
Choosing Startup Repair will stuck in a blank light bluish screen with a cursor for more than 24 hours, no grey startup repair window pops up, so i cannot select anything, i can only push the power button for several seconds to turn it off.

All options in F8 (safe mode, last known good configuration, etc) are not working either, any option will go back to the black screen.

It happened after the laptop automatically does the Windows Update, after i finish using the laptop, i turn it off as usual. I didnt use it for several days (i didnt move it, it did not fall down nor hit by anything), then yesterday i turned it on and cannot enter into windows.

Laptop: HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook
Windows 7
No flashdisk, printer attached, only the charger
I dont have the recovery disk

Is it possible to save my data and not losing it? How?

Thank you.

You can borrow my boot media. Burn it as an image to cd/dvd , or extract it to usb stick using rufus or similar.

Boot it up.

Lots of tools included. You can try system restore, or use dism++ to remove stuck updates, etc.
