Solved Windows stuck before I can run everything

Okay.

So,right now I'm using safe mode with networking.
This morning everything was fine.I was able to
play game too.As I turned on,everything looked
fine until the Eset Logo didn't disappear.I waited
and waited,the loading button still running for
nothing.There was nothing icon or folders I can click on.

So,I turned it off using the switch button and I ran it
using safe mode.I used ccleaner to disable any unimportant
things to be run before the windows starts as usual.I even
cleaned and checked the registries.Also,I used disk cleanup
for my C.It turned out to be same..nothing happen,still stuck at
Eset Logo.

Then,I decided to start it all over again by using safe mode with
networking and contacting you guys here.Thank you very
much.Have a good day!

I think , as you cannot load wWindows normally you need to use Windows Defender offline. Click here:
What is Windows Defender Offline?

You need to find another PC to use to download the software but from there if you follow the instructions it is quite straighforward. Don't rely on safemode too much as your Anti Virus software which I hope you have and it is up to date, is disabled in Safe Mode!

I tried using the one Anthony suggested.It did detected 2 (malwares and some sort of trojan I guess)
I followed the instructions,and nothing happens.Same as before.Now,still in safe mode.Going to do
things you've asked me to.I can't download from other pc as I only have one for the time being.

I'm using Eset business edition and mine is up to date all the time.I remember I installed 2 programs
last night and those bad things came from 2 programs.I guess,I'm going to uninstall them using
system recovery..perhaps?

Hurmm..Can't start the windows defender in safe mode.
Oh how can I start the program if none works when I'm in normal mode

No you won't be able to run the Windows defender in Safe Mode. You need to put the CD or USB stick in the PC. Switch off then boot up from the CD or other device. That's the whole point of Windows defender offline, you use your CD or other to boot up. That's what you should have read in the instructions!
You need to go into Set up to ensure that you have either CD or USB device wichever you are using set to boot up from first. As you don't give any details of you PC, whether a desktop. laptop, notebook it is difficult to guide you more!
What were the two programs you last installed? A system restore might work but if you got infected via those installs then it might not help!

I did it.Huh,I had to agree to myself that I need to uninstall ccleaner and sony vegas.I got them from friend.
It finally works and hey thanks to the both of you.Good job friends especially to Mitchell65 Be easy on me.

Try to scan your system every now and then with that Malwarebytes, its a good bit of kit to have in your tool kit!!

Sorry didn't mean to sound "harsh" just pointing out how important it is to read instructions very carefully and i am very very far away from bing a pro, quite the opposite in fact.
You should never take programs for anywhere that is not authorised, always a potential danger and totally against the Forum rules (See Rule 4)
CCleaner is a very good and oft recommended piece of software. It is free and can be downloaded form here:
CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download

Sony Vegas is a commercial program that you must pay for. It is illegal to use a pirated copy. Keep away from that saurce it will only bring you problems and we cannot help you if you get in trouble. Any one of us could get banned from the Forum for helping in those cicumstances.
