Alright so.. I have no idea what I did or do to fix this annoying problem, I'm having, but my taskbar especially near the start button is glitching.. Not constantly but sometime's I notice when I go to click a tab down low or click something along the taskbar it get's glitchy for like a second.

Now this is weird.. I tried recording it and taking a screenshot of it, but even if it was happening the video capture would see it as not glitchy and I know I got a 100% great image of it but when I pasted it in paint to show here it was not effected with the glitchy part..
Which makes me think it's the cord? But how can it be? tried HDMI cord, MiniDP to HDMI on it and DVI hmm..
This problem just started happening recently.
Could it be Cataylst Control Center? Because I do have to set my screen to overscan to make it perfectly fit the edges.
