I want it to look like the Start "with a large icon. In addition to seeing a transparent .. and watch black on the bottom left Windows tray clock

I'm going to suggest that you try to contact the maker of that video and ask them, there are so many different themes for Windows and Rocket dock that it would be very hard to find.
