Solved Windows tutorial keeps randomly playing

As I view various web pages suddenly the tutorial starts playing an explanation of of how to clear cache and cookies. It is about 10 seconds long and then just stops. Nothing is disturbed and there are no icons referring to it, no pop up, nothing showing in the background. No apparent link anywhere on the screen or behind the window to shut it off.
It did happen after cleaning the computer with the CCleaner program that I use monthly to empty out the junk including cache and cookies etc.
I did a restart but that did not help.
What the heck is going on?

Well I have never heard of such goings on. I use Ccleaner several times a day. Just a though; any time my computer does something that I'm not telling it to do I get worried. If it was my computer I would run scans with my anti virrus. I would also run Malwarebytes Anti Malware and Super Anti Spyware. It can't hurt but might help. Your title indicates it's a Windows Tutorial their for I would run sfc /scannow in comd. prompt/admin to check and or repair system files.

Just a FYI...

Current accepted wisdom with Win 7 is to NOT use a cleaner.

If you ever think your Registry needs to be cleaned, repaired, boosted, tuned-up, cured, tweaked, fixed, or optimized it shouldn't.

In other words, injudicious use of "Registry cleaners" CAN & DOES cause problems.

Should you decide to go ahead -
Make sure you have
1.a current System Restore point created.
2.a recent "Back up" of your computer- preferably to an external HD.

I should of mention before and I will now: I don't recommend using any registry cleaners. Their is one built into Ccleaner but I don't use it.

Ok, I did a system restore and that did not stop it. I wont use the system restore anymore. Any new leads? This stupid tape just keeps playing randomly on varous browser clicks.
Did you have a lot of cockroaches on your boat?

Yes I did. Showed up clean. It just starts up randomly explaining how to clear casch and cookies. Goes on for 10 seconds and then is gone. Very odd.

What browser are you using?
You could try another one.
From your first post I have the understanding that this problem only happens when you are on the net.

Yes, only when I go on net. Be it a newspaper or the Goggle Search page. Just randomly plays. I believe it is inside the computer not the net or the browser.

Downloated MALWAREBYTES free edition and it found 10 Trojans and on reboot removed them. The problem seems to have gone away.

Well that is very good. May I ask why it took 3 days from my first post mentioning to use MAM and SAS. I would still recommend using SAS to check for more problems.

IE 9with Google as an engine. Thought I had it licked, got rid of some maleware trojans with Malewarebytes program, but it is still there.

After you computer is clean their still might be problem that all those virus caused and were not fixed by removing the virus. Trying to fix a computer is a waste of time until it is a clean system.
If possible could you let us know what virus you had.
It is very helpful if you let us know what steps you followed and the results.
