Win7, SP2, all updates through 2/11/2019 successfully installed.

There's an update (one of the last 7 as of 2/15/2019) that is corrupting the files associated with the System Event Notification Service. I can't find any information on this error, or which update is causing it. It's happened twice to me since 2/11 and both times I had to roll back to that date. Any information or identification of the bad update appreciated.

I don't know which KB; that's my question. I installed 7 updates this evening and had to roll back to 2/11.

Run one at a time. I do that frequently, especially when one of them is for .net framework.
