Solved Windows Update Diagnostic error 0x80070005

I had some updates fail a few days back so decided to run WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab to try and fix the problem and it gave me this error

So i ran the fix https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/968003 associated with this error code rebooted then tried windows update diagnostic again only to receive the same error am i missing something.

I've also run the System Update Readiness Tool and the checksur log shows no errors.

Download Reset_Windows_Update_Full.bat below & run, restart & try windows update again
