Windows update error

Cannot update using window update service, getting errors. Tried using "WindowsUpdateDiagnostic" diag tools, still errors when updating? Any suggestions I included FSS "Farbar service Scanner" report.
"NoelDP" was able to help someone with similar issues

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

Have you tried shutdown (Not rebooting) and then turning the computer back on? During the boot process, if it say windows update is updating let it do its thing and sometimes it will reboot. Just let it do whatever. When windows 7 loads run windows update again.
