Windows Update fails IE 11, error 80070005, 70002, 70057 + 9C48

Hello,
I have the version of IE 11 kb2841134. (opened the browser)
When I try to reinstall it by looking in view updates - it was not there.

My windows update - the IE 11 keeps failing, giving me an error of 9C48.
I've used a Windows Update Diagnostic.
I have an error of 70005, 70002 (when installing IE11 as well), 70057 (during the diagnostic). I've tried the toolkit from windows.

I'm not sure which CBS file it is.
The first CBS file. This is the second CBS file.

Here is the Windowslog file.

I've also included this which was in the log file.

Technically what i'm asking is - How do I fix this error and how to download IE11.

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

Please also post the C:\Windows\windowsudpate.log file

DO NOT create .log files where they don't already exist. ZIP everything before uploading

Here are the files.

I'm already deleted some of the old CBS file and compressing the last two files. But it's still 13mb (for the last cbs + compressed)

I really can't upload the CBS file to a website? (that I compressed)

Unfortunately, the uploaded CBS data contains no errors, and no SFC data :(
What you put in your first post was not actually an error - it simply means that the Trusted Installer service was already set to the proper 'Manual' setting.

There should be a later CBSPersist file - timestamped at around 20150606200000

Hmm, weird. I only have this one.
CbsPersist_20150605185729 (wasn't able to upload, it's 14mb and compressed it's 13mb.)
I mean you can see in the picture the updates all failed...Well the important ones anyway.

I honestly don't know why those logs doesn't have any errors..T-T

Oh, for the trusted installer, should I set it to automatic? Or leaving it as manual?

I'm confirming the error (with pics).

What should I do? :<

I mean what's weird is that - when I logged onto my computer and go to windows update and try updating - it would give me the 80070002 error. And once I pressed try again - it gives me a 9c48 error.

And like this ie11, wasn't in my updates. Or is it suppose to be like that?
I mean it's not even IE. It's also skype update. Should I do it manually? I want to re-install both of these programs. But reinstalling manually gives me an error - because I wasn't able to remove IE.

The 9C48 error would until recently have been called an 0x80070643 error - which more often than not indicates some fairly major problems somewhere in the system.
The fact that IE considers that the update is installed, but it's not showing in the Installed Updates list indicates that the update is probably installed OK - but that a flag somewhere is not properly set.

Please run the CheckSUR tool and post both CheckSUR.log and CheckSUR.Persist.log files.

Ah, I see. I've run checkSUR - but every time I run it, it doesn't move.
It's been like this for 30 minutes...Last time I've waited for an hour.

I'm using the latest checksur (2014). =/

Code:
Windows update could not be installed because of error 2147944018 "Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this install." (Command line: ""C:\Windows\system32\wusa.exe" "C:\Users\Karyillee\Downloads\Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64.msu" ")

The CheckSUR tool can take anything up to 3/4 hours to install/run - depending on the speed of the machine and the amount of corruption present.
We MUST have all the requested log files before we can even think of trying to fix the problem..

Here are the files.
The checksur says no errors. Bt I keep getting errors when I windows update.

I mean is there another way to "uninstall" windows 11 and reinstall it? I can;t do it manually - since I have the version. But it's weird that it isn't in my view updates.

Well..one of the CBS data is 14mb and 13mb when it's compressed. I'm not sure how to upload.

And I also can't find the CBS data titled 20150606200000.
I only have CbsPersist_20150605185729 and the one I uploaded from page one.

You can upload the CBSPersists to a fileshare site such as DropBox or OneDrive, and post a link to the file. (read the help instructions on the sites for assistance)

What I see there makes me think of either malware, or a failing drive.

Let's have a look at the event logs...

Open Event Viewer
click on the Windows logs entry in the left pane to expand it.
Now click on the Application entry - wait while it loads.
Click on 'File' in the menu bar and select Save...
Save the file as Appevt.evtx
Repeat for the System log
then zip both, and upload them.

I've cleaned my malware/adware a couple days ago. And the error still persists.
My hard drive is like 7-9 months old..Q-Q

Here are the files.

The System event log has a ruck of Event ID 134 - NTFS failures.
This frequently indicates a bad drive, or at least problems with the structure.

Back up to external media before going any further!
Then..

Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories
Right-click on the Command Prompt entry
Select Run as Administrator and accept the UAC prompt - the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up.
At the Command prompt, type
CHKDSK C: /R
and hit the Enter key.
You will be told that the drive is locked, and the CHKDSK will run at the next boot - hit the Y key, and then reboot.
The CHKDSK will take a few hours depending on the size of the drive, so be patient!
After the CHKDSK has run, Windows should boot normally (possibly after a second auto-reboot).

Then post the new Application Event log.

The CKHDSK result looks a lot better than I was expecting - only minor errors, and the following end-result..
Code:
976759528 KB total disk space.
414431732 KB in 427935 files.
247428 KB in 143427 indexes.
0 KB in bad sectors.
813460 KB in use by the system.
65536 KB occupied by the log file.
561266908 KB available on disk.

...so the disk is OK.
there are still a lot of errors being thrown after the reboot, though :(

You maybe best to go for a repair install if you have the proper media for one?

Repair install? As in clean install?

I don't have a windows 7 cd installation disk.

Oh, what kind of minor error was it?

Did the minor errors affect the windows update in someway?
