Windows update fails + please wait on Get Windows 10 app

Hello
I've tried upgrade my OS to Windows 10, however, every time when I open Get Windows 10 app and press download/upgrade the message PLEASE WAIT stays forever.
I cant also install any other upgrades, the WU checks the updates forever and nothing happens.

I've made Fix it KB947821-v34-x64 already plus CBS logs as well.
