I am well aware that installing Windows updates is a resource intensive task, however, a minute ago my computer was using 89% of its 4GB RAM whilst installing updates. I'd understand if it was a service pack update but these are just single security updates etc. In the processes tab in Task Manager TrustedInstaller was using over 2,000,000K of Private Working Set Memory. Can someone please explain?
