After my Windows 7 boot up the "!" it's not present but it's been appears after about 3 or 5 minutes........
I have tryed many many times to restart or completely shutdown my OS but no updates procedure has been start, i can't see the normal procedure says like install 1 of XX but if i choose shutdown, no updates procedure start, and my pc it's been shutdown after about 10 seconds (same if i restart).

I have tryed to execute Windows Updates manually......... and no updates it's founded to install....... and i don't care because there's appears when all updates apparently it's already installed.

How i can do for fix this problems ???

Sorry for double post........ but using google instead now i have found this little thread:
Windows 7 always shows me an exclamation mark on the shutdown button - Super User

I have followed the suggestion and purge totally content of SoftwareDistribution.

After that i have restart manually the Windows update services and i have start Windows updates from start menù.... i have immediatelly notified the MARK on start menù shutdown buttons it's disappears.
After about 5 minutes all updates some updates it's been checked......... it's all Language Pack i have already HIDDEN a lot time ago and i thinks i have to hidden again. I have lost all chronology of upgraded installed but i thinks it's not a big problems (or betters i hope it's not a big problems).

But there's no a problems..... because i'm not deleted completely all content's on softwaredistribution.. but i have movem all folder to another hd (F:\Temp). At this point someone can suggest to me only how i can restore the chronology of installed upgrade ? If it's not possibly no problems... the important for now it's the mark removed from shutdown button......

*EDIT*
Ops.. sorry "UsernameIssues" i have make this reply whitout refresh the page and i don't have read your reply.
Otherwise now i have looked inside and there's same procedure.....pure and deleted completely the SoftwareDistributions folder..... it's been says this procedure can procedure the complete lost of view update history... it's been says on first note :) i quote:

Note
Resetting Windows Update using this option will clear the view update history details list (cache).

This will not actually uninstall any of your currently installed Windows Update. They will just not be listed anymore. Any new Windows Update installed after the reset will show up in the view update history list as normal though.
Now i need to going to sleep.... see tomorrow it's been preset so other answer :)
