I'm having the exact same problem as Jeff.
I followed through on the Farbar Service Scanner, and these are my results:

What should I do?
Note: This is actually a friend's computer an EXTREMELY technologically impaired person (older). The computer was loaded with viruses. I cleaned it up and am just trying to get it functional again and back to them. I've never encountered so much damage from viruses because I take care of my computers.

Once completed, run the Farbar scanner again, and post the new results.
