Windows updates errors 800B0100 & 8007000D

I need help on that case my girlfriend told me that her computer started doing advertising pop-ups and she need her computer for school so I started looking to repair it.I've done a scan whit my antivirus Bitdefender I have found a malicious files and then deleted it.I've try to download the latest updates for windows that are missing KB28920074 & KB2847077 on windows 7 x64 and then nothing goes on the two errors that are displays is code 800B0100 & 8007000D. She told me because of the pop-ups she might have deleted some updates that she thought wasen't right... I don't know what she might have deleted!

And then I did try the windows way of checking with the readiness tool and checking the checksur.log and I thought I will found something to repair but it only say no error detected.
I try to go to C:\windows\softwaredistribution\datastore and delete everything in the logs folder and datastore folder but not the folder itself and then I runned windows fix it the items came back but the same errors are there so those files was not corrupted.

I don't know what to do from now on.....I try to attach the cbs logs but the size of the folder is to big i try to compress it like it's mention on your forum but it's still 5.00mb and the max for that kind of files is 2.0mb ?

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

- but nothing shows in the CheckSUR log.

Please open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commands.

post the results.


Here are some instructions to make life easier
1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

That explains why the file couldn't be verified!
The question remains - why is the system even looking for it without downloading it first?

Hi NoelDp I try to reset the windows updates I did the second solution as said in the tutorial so I didn't loose my update history. But it's still the same old same...

I try to run windows fix it again as said in the tutorial.

Nothing have change so I went further on windows web site whit the code 800B0100 they said to try to run as an administrator a sfc\scannow in the command window.... no integrity error where find....still do know what to do next it seem so easy to take care at the beginning but now it's getting on my nerves seriously!

What is the KB number that relates to the oldest failing update?

Also please post the new CBS.log file, and the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file.
