Place fixlog.text in a zip folder ^ limit. Right-click fixlog.txt, choose zip/compress (add to archive) option, upload that please.

Please download View attachment uninstall kb976932.bat run and follow prompts.

After reboot, try stand alone installer

KB976932 if it fails upload entire CBS folder and WindowsUpdate.log please

If it doesn't fail then try KB3207752 you want the last download entry Windows 7 x64

If KB3207752 fails upload entire CBS folder and WindowsUpdate.log please

Thanks again Snick - in your opinion is there any risk to leaving Windows Updates off? Not sure when have time to complete Repair Install, could be weeks. Thanks again!

Yes there is a risk leaving windows update off. At a minimum, install security updates. Personally, I install everything except for Silverlight.
