Solved Windows updates that apply to upgrading to Windows 10

I have a list of 5 updates that start the Windows 10 barrage. KB3035583, KB3068708, KB3022345, KB3075249, KB3080149. I uninstall them and when sent again I hide them. However Microsoft continues to resend them quite often. Each time updates arrive I have to look for them and once again hide them. Is there anyway to permanently avoid them. It is tedious having to defend my pc against Windows 10 which is why I am considering giving up on Windows altogether.
