Windows will on start after hitting f8 and choosing option

All of a sudden my Windows 7 computer will only start if I hit the f8 key and enter advanced boot options.
Then it will start by hitting start windows normally.
If I do not go into advanced boot options it just flashes black screen with white writing for a split second and loops back to splash screen.
I tried last known good configuration it will start but then when I restart same loop.
Repair my computer will not work when I use this option it loads files then ask if I am sure I want to exit and restart computer will not accept no for answer will only let you click yes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Surely someone has had this happen before.
Also I tried to boot from disk and I get an alarm like sound and will not boot from disk.
Please give me some suggestions.
