Hi:

That's very unusual.

You wrote:

It sounds as if you might be infected with serious malware (such as a rootkit), or damaged from malware.

You might want to try Chameleon, to see if it will run.

But, if it were my computer, I would head over to one of the special computer disinfection fora, such as bleepingcomputer.com or forums.malwarebytes.org for some expert, free, one-on-one help (assuming @jacee or @cottonball or any of our other resident malware experts here are unavailable).
The experts will have a range of specialized tools to help find and remove the malware, and to repair the damage.

Thanks,
MM

Hello thanks for the reply, well i actually installed Malwarebytes Anti Malware using Chameleon in the first place, and it did find some PUP but failed to find that specific malware which is causing this problem. I ran Malwarebytes Anti Rootkit too which clearly doesn't find any malware or anything :( what can i do ?> :S
EDIT:
As to your next suggestioN i get this page if i try to access any page of those sites T.T

Hi:

PUPs will not cause the system to have bootup issues.
If Chameleon won't run, then there might be serious malware and/or damage.

Not sure why you cannot load those web pages.
Here are a few computer disinfection fora for free, expert help (I hope that posting the links is OK -- if not, mods, please feel free to delete) (you will need to create an account in order to log in and post):
Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs Forum - BleepingComputer.com
Malware Removal Assistance | MalwareTips.com
https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/forum/7-malware-removal-help/

EDIT: There is an excellent tutorial for failure to start Windows here:

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219533-troubleshooting-windows-7-failure-boot.html

But, if you think that the problem is malware-related, I would probably explore the malware removal route first.

Thanks,

MM

umm Sir u got me wrong. I said i installed the Malwarebytes using the Chameleon in normal boot. It then started scanning and fount some PUP and successfully sent them to qurantine. Then when i restarted the pc it wont open. just blank(black) screen after Welcome Screen. But it does open succesfully in Safemode. If i uninstall Malwarebytes Anti Malware in safe mode only then i can start my windows normally without that blank screen. Also i told u before and i'm saying you again, if i try to access any link u provided in the above reply this page appears. but no problem for any other internet pages unless my ISP bans it(like some illigal fileshaing sites). I Guess it;s some next level MALWARE >.<

Hi::)

Thank you for the additional information.

I was merely pointing out that removing PUPs should not cause a problem with booting the system.
Also, MBAM is best installed and run in Normal Windows mode, in order to work correctly and completely.
Windows Safe Mode is really a "last resort".
And simply installing MBAM (especially the free version) would not cause a problem with booting, either.
RUNNING MBAM to remove malware might lead to issues, but only if the system is damaged by the malware or otherwise.

It sounds as if there may be significant malware and/or damage therefrom on the system.

Complete detection, removal and repair will likely require deep work, with multiple specialized tools.
Such work is best performed with expert guidance, to avoid further damaging the system and to ensure full removal/repair, as explained here.

I would suggest either waiting here for one of our "local" malware removal experts, or seeking free assistance at one of the busy, reputable computer disinfection fora.

Thank you again,
MM

Sigh, i told you before, i can't access those malwarebytes forum links u provide. It used to happen previously with Bitdefender too. I Installed the Bitdefender 2014, ran a scan, it detected some keygen nd so on. When i restart the pc it DID BOOT but stuck(with a black screen) after Welcome Screen. But if i remove the Bitdfender using safemode then i can start My windows normally. It's now happening with Malwarebytes. SO i am preety much sure it's due to some malware, dont u? FYI i also ran a system check(that is cmd>sfc /scannow) and it says no files are violeted so u cant actually say that any of system files are damaged due to scan by the Antimalware ENGINE

Ok, it's time to use another computer to download an ISO each from WhateverAntiVirus and/or WhateverAntiMalware web sites, construct two rescue DVDs, one from each ISO; cold boot each DVD, and run the program full blast. If you are new to all of this, that's ok! There are people here and over in BleepingComputer you can access from another computer who can walk you through the creation of the above 2 DVDs.

That was going to be my next suggestion.
Thanks, @RolandJS.

I'll leave you fellas to it.

I hope you get it fixed, @Wahid145.

Wahid145 you asked for help and you are getting help with many suggestions.
You have to decide what you want to do.

The forums you are trying to get help from (Malwarebytes, Bleeping Computer) you will have to join the forum to post your problem.

I belong to both forums and I believe they are are just like this forum, (Quality)

Bear in mind that some infection will try their best to stop you from going online and getting help or installing anti infection programs.
That is why some suggested scan programs are run before Windows 7 boots.

Fighting viri and/or malware can become similar to fighting a house-fire; the fire gets put out, however, the water-damage can range from annoyance to reBuild the house.
