it gets to the windows boot manager

i select Windows 7 ohne DDR-RAM Sperre or even just Windows 7 and same thing.

i can select tools : windows memory diagnostics, ran that but found nothing im guessing as laptop restarts and again same issue.

anyway created a bootable usb with some program called rufus. Booted using that. managed to bring up safe mode. selected safe mode. Comes up with that installation screen. Chose repair option and now its just sat here with a black safe mode screen and arrow cursor moveable. Says on the top "Microsoft Windows (Build 7601: service pack 1)" not sure if thats of any help.
