Windows won't load

I ran a service tweak and a update repair for windows and It hangs now when load windows normally. Safe mode works so i assume its service how i load default services most easy way. system restore didn't work. i to lazy download the default file and transfer it so is there a more simple way

is possible program which is from windows tweak web site was not made for lab top or my version

You need to stop creating new threads and start working with the steps we've given you previously.

You used a tweaking suite which ruined your Win7. If System Restoring to before you installed it will not start Win7 then you need to work through these steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot - Windows 7 Forums.

If none of these work then you need to clean reinstall or run Factory Recovery.
