Winodws 7 ( Professional) DreamScene Troubleshooting

Hello All,


I have windows 7 Professional and I am trying to install Winodws Dreamscence.I have attempted to do so around 6-7 times. I even checked my areo and transparency and it still has yet to work.And for for reason whenever I do install in my bottom menu (where the Window's "Start" Icon is) it disappears and so do the icons on my desktop, therefore I have to restart or logout of my account. do know what to do I think I have tried everything and looked everywhere can someone please help me.

PS: I forgot to mention that I have a 64-bit.
