WinRAR 4.20 not working properly

Hello!
I'm having a strange problem with WinRar.

The problem is this: WinRar bug - YouTube
I don't know why this is happening. I formatted my computer yesterday and got this problem :mad:
I have already installed the latest version of winrar and the problem continues.
I hope anyone can help me.

Hello I had to format my computer again!

I thought that was bad blocks on my HDD or something, but I discovered that my Avira Internet Security 2013 antivirus was corrupting the WinRar.
