Wiped hard drive with DNUKE. Win7 won't install. Error code: 0x8007001

can someone PLEASE help me? I need my computer to work for school or I'm going to get dropped from class. I can't figure this out.

Someone ran DNUKE on my computer and I'm assuming it wiped my hard drive, it definitely wiped the OS because I can't get it to load Windows.

First, when trying to boot from CD I did a clean install and while it was "Copying Files" it canceled and gave me this..

someone also suggested i use disk part from the cmd line and this is what it said...

Someone PLEASE help me. I am so screwed if I can't get this thing working in time for school on monday.

Lets start from the beginning

Pop the DISC into the computer . Open up the command prompt by pressing Shift and F10 when you get to the Install Now screen of Windows 7 . Type in the commands below press <ENTER> after each line

DISKPART LIST DISK SELECT DISK 0 CLEAN CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY SELECT PARTITION 1 ACTIVE FORMAT FS=NTFS LABEL="WINDOWS" QUICK ASSIGN LETTER=C EXIT EXIT

Once you're back on the Install Now screen click on the Install Now button and continue with the installation. Let me know if you get any other error messages.

than the windows install screen came on and I hit shift f10 and nothing happened.

ok so i'm super impatient and have been trying to fix this thing for weeks, so i got excited and clicked "repair your computer" cuz' i know you can get into the cmd from there. so i did what you said and it all cojmpleted succesfully. im trying to install again...stand by

You may want to try a different approach. Download the Windows 7 from here

Choose your version and if you have a USB flash drive . Use that back up the data from it cause the tool below will wipe it clean

Click on the link above my post . Download your version of Windows 7 and Use the USB tool to create either a DVD or USB to install Windows 7. I rather go with the USB much faster installation from the USB.

how do i know which version to dl? i know i have windows 7 home premium but idk if its 86 or 64
and theres about a dozen versions on top of that too. now i really feel stupid lol

You could get both. Your Product key on your laptop will work for both but you could only install one to use at a time.

Do you have a USB flash drive ? If you do backup the data off it to a safe place . The Windows 7 USB DVD TOOL will wipe the flash drive clean .
