What fixed your prior issue? Wireless connections can be real finicky, things like cordless phones can affect connectivity. Proper placement of the wireless router is also important. How old is the house? Houses built before (can't remember the year) a certain time frame give headaches with wireless connections. The size of the house, and where the router is placed can make a difference. Maybe it is time for a firmware upgrade, or depending on the type of wireless cards they are using might not be able to handle certain configuration settings to well. The long and short of this is, we need more information to offer a better solution.
