wireless lan driver will not work on win 7

I have been looking for an answer to me problem
I can't get my wifi driver to work.
The driver is broadcom BCM43142 802.11bgn wireless lan
it works with win 8.1 uefi but not legacy win seven
it also works on win8.1 legacy

Please help.

Hi GOKAY I used your link thank you I didn't work
It seems it could be A windows problem not letting the new driver work
or the bios is a problem What ever it is it is frustration at the highest
also the line from my router to my laptop will not work in Legacy only UEFI.
I can't load win on uefi I don't have a copy to do that.
