Wireless USB adaptor Isnt showing Any connections useing Win7

Hello iv just bought a new Wireless adaptor for my PC and iv installed the drivers and it shows its working but it isnt showing any connections so i carnt connect to my router i used to Hard wire my PC but i had to move my PC so I cant anymore.

Iv been looking around forms for the past 2 days and i carnt find anythin which seems to help if any one can help and give step by step instuctions i would be awsome.

Things iv tryed
Reset my Router
Reset All settings on my Router
Reinstalled the Wireless
Uninstalled and Reinstalled the Drivers

Things i Cant do.
Reinstall Win7 (Dont Have the Disc Anymore)
Restore Win7 (Dont have a Restore Point)

I use Win7 32 Bit

From your computer's Device Manager, are you able to see the wireless network adapter?

Can we please see an ipconfig /all output from your computer?
How to run an ipconfig /all?
