WLM blocking junk mail: question 1 of 2

I use the current (2012) version of Windows Live Mail. At the Blocked Senders tab in Safety Options, I'm asked (at the bottom) what I want to happen when I click "Delete and block." Although it would be useful, I've never encountered this "Delete and block" choice. I'm guessing that perhaps it was offered in earlier versions of WLM and the reference at the Blocked Senders tab was just overlooked in the current upgrade.

Is the "Delete and block" option currently offered anywhere in WLM? If so, where?

Thanks for your post, JR, but it's not really responsive. (1) I don't know why you're still using the 2009 version, but it's way out of date. (2) More important, I'm not asking about the pertinent setting, which I fully described in my question, but about my ability to use it--since as far as I can see I am not ever offered the option to "Delete and block."
