WMP sort by play count takes forever

sorting by play count in WMP takes at least 10 seconds on my computer (hp hdx 18 intel Q9000 processor 4gb ddr3 RAM 2930 songs). is this a known issue or how do i fix it.

This is quite normal, it is not an issue, and therefore has no need to be fixed. The bigger the library the longer it takes.

i find it completely unacceptable that it takes that long to sort about 3000 items. in my opinion it is something that needs to be fixed. (in the sorting world 3000 items is pretty small i have sorted lists with 10000 items much faster)
