Would like a new clock

I just set up a new laptop. Win 7 HP 64 bit. I would like to replace the tray clock with a "better looking" one. I use "Free Desktop Clock v2.2" on a desktop with Win 7 HP 32 bit, and it works well. However, I can't get that, or any other clock I have downloaded, to replace the Win 7 clock. Task Manager states they are running but the clock in the tray doesn't change.

Anyone know the secret?

Thank you Non and TBVNZ. I have tried 7 different suggested clock and none show up as a replacement to Win 7 clock. All I tried show running in Task Manager but no showing in the tray.

There must be some setting to get these working because I have 2 other PC's with Win 7 and both can show other clocks. Any ideas?

Have you unblock the files before install by right click on it?

LClock 1.62b works on my x64 with the LC64.rar provided...

I don't know what you mean by "unblock". What do I unblock, the file I download before I unzip, or the setup file before I setup, or the file I click to start the app?

Right click on the package just downloaded (make sure it is a safe source, but should be) then click properties, you'll see a tab "unblock"...extract your package, run the.exe as administrator.

NoN - Did as you suggested. I didn't know about the unblock.

I tried it on 3 different programs and still can't get a clock to show in the tray.
Will keep trying. Thanks for your help.
