Hello, I have an alienware M17X

Have all the hardware needed to play any game I want, but 2 weeks ago, everytime I played wow after hibernating the computer, I had to restar the computer in order to play smoothly without any fps problems or any slows in the game. I have no idea whats happening. I already did a ccleaner cleanup and antivirus check using malwarebytes and Microsoft security essentials.

I was checking the forum, and couldnt find anything like this.

Please help, thank you! :D

Work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 to go over it good, check for clues, establish a Clean Boot to get freeloaders off Win7's back, utilize the System resources to find solutions to problems and gather a Health Report.

Since Hibernate is so related to the display driver, I would make sure its up to day. First run all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates for drivers and important performance fixes, then if necessary import the latest display driver from the Dell webpage for your model.

Even more important is that you not be running the corrupt Dell preinstall with the bloatware and duplicate utilities that throttle Win7 native performance. Get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. At the minimum I'd Clean Up Factory Bloatware.

And since you have it I'd run Dell Diagnostics Utility - How to Run the to check the hardware. If it runs then save that partition only during the reinstall.
