Wrong Resolution?!

Whenever I open my Yahoo Mail account I get this message:

"Your screen resolution is set below our minimum recommendation of 1024 x 600 pixels."

But my monitor's resolution is 1280 X 1024!

My browser in Pale Moon.

How do get rid of this problem?

Is it set to that resolution (1280x1024) in the properties menu ?

I suggest that you contact Yahoo's tech support and tell them what's going on. Perhaps there is a bug they need to know about. It might be that the site is expecting widescreen resolution.

I set the screen resolution using the NVIDIA Control Panel.

I still suggest that you contact their tech support. Yahoo might very well require a monitor with widescreen resolution to function correctly and whereas 1280x1024 is a higher resolution than what the error code gives you it isn't widescreen. Your alternative is to get a widescreen monitor or use an email client but there really isn't anything else that you can do. You might try their basic mail. Overview of Basic Mail

Its strange because i tried opening yahoo with that resolution and there is no messege at all!? The problem might be something else. You might turn to support as townsbg said.
